Football Tips Analysis

After great successful tips yesterday we continue to follow the competition in England, EFL Cup. the only game for today is between Manchester City and Bristol City. Both sides will take a place in Etihad Stadium, Manchester.

The visitors triumphed 2:1 against the team of  Manchester United at Ashton Gate to set this tie-up, but the two Manchester clubs have been worlds apart recently and even a growing injury list shouldn’t prevent City’s progress here. Pep’s men have been imperious at the Etihad stadium, though the likes of “Red Devils”, Chelsea and even Liverpool have better home defensive records in the league, as City has won despite conceding in five of their last seven there. Benjamin Mendy, Vincent Kompany, Gabriel Jesus and Phil Foden will miss out on the home side. In fact, the visitors have netted 23 times in 14 road trips so far this season prior to facing Watford in the FA Cup, but they also don’t tend to keep too many clean sheets either home or away.

Both clubs have found the net in eight of their last 10 overall, and obviously coming up against this City attack we think goals should be aplenty. Indeed, the Citizens average just over three goals per game in their last 14 at home in all competitions with Over 3.5 landing in half of these.
